Mask Face of Vittoria Project _ INMI Spallanzani (RM)

This project was born at a time when Italy and the whole world had begun a silent struggle against the new enemy, Covid-19. A rapid escalation that has led a large part of the world population to isolate themselves in their homes and having to wear face masks everyday . This small accessory has changed our habits, together with the Vittoria Gallery, we have invited artists to reinvent the face mask art support. The result was a unique collection, a kaleidoscope of techniques and colors that provided us with a mirror of society that reflected uncertainty, fear, but above all a great desire to defeat Covid and be able to start smiling again. The masks on display in the atrium of the Spallanzani institute in Rome, to greet with a smile those who will be forced, worker or patient, to pass by.
